gromacs-data software package provides GROMACS molecular dynamics sim, data and documentation, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gromacs-data
gromacs-data is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gromacs-data package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gromacs-data *
You will get with gromacs-data package name, version, architecture and description in a table
